This bar graph shows that for non-Hispanic whites 53.1/100,000 live births resulted in a child with Down's syndrome, 59.3/100,000 in a child with microcephalus, 24.9/100,000 in a child with hydrocephalus, and 96.1/100,000 in a child with cleft lip. For non-Hispanic blacks 21.2/100,000 live births resulted in a child with Down's syndrome, 6.8/100,000 in a child with microcephalus, 25.8/100,000 in a child with hydrocephalus, and 46.0/100,000 in a child with cleft lip. For Hispanics 35.2 /100,000 live births resulted in a child with Down's syndrome, 6.1/100,000 in a child with microcephalus, 22.5/100,000 in a child with hydrocephalus, and 59.0/100,000 in a child with cleft lip.
